GOOD JOB Michele. That is awesome! I go back to my Dr. on Wednesday and she's trying to get me to do the duo.switch, and I'm not sure that is what I want to do. I'm hoping that with this visit I can get back with the program. Don't know if I want a fill, because I have a tendency to have acid reflux, just can't find that happy medium. Good luck to you.

This is not an easy journey. You are on the right track you have recognized you are struggling. The great thing about the band it is there when you are ready to get back on the band wagon. In Coaching we call this "Blocks" something/someone is causing you to self sabotage yourself. Ask yourself some really tough questions and be honest with yourself.

Q1. Do I want to commit to this journey?
Q2. What action do I need to take today to get back in the game?
Q3. Who am I hurting by not doing anything?
Q4. Am I ready to get back into the game?
Q5. What are the benefits of taking care of my health?

Let’s start there and see where you end up.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to support you in your weight loss efforts.

I have been banded for 3 years now, had a total loss of 67lbs and then stopped losing. This past year, I have gained about 30 of those lbs back and have totally stopped caring. Which I don't understand since I was self pay. I need to get back with the program and finish my weight loss of about 150lbs. I hope I can get some insight and maybe incourage others with what I have learned already. Paula
