2nd Annual Lighten Up Expo & Health Fair held Saturday, February 26, 2010 at the Georgia International Convention Center is a one of a kind educational expo for healthy weight loss through bariatric surgery. The Purpose of Lighten Up Expo is to educate, motivate, give support, guidance and provide resources to attendees interested in a healthy lifestyle. The Expo will inspire people to recreate their life in a healthy and physically active way.
The workshops are full of exciting information and feature top speakers in the bariatric industry: Margaret Furtado, MS, RD, LDN of Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Colleen Cook of Bariatric Support Centers International, Chef Dave, Jacqueline Jacques, ND, with Bariatric Advantage and Bo McCoy of Obesity Help.com, just to name a few.
